Guidelines and Rules

 

• Health Insurance is through the Affordable Care Act (ACA)

• Referrals must be between 19 & 64 years of age

• For $0 Premium Insurance, they must earn less than $42,000 in 2024

• THEY CANNOT ALREADY HAVE INSURANCE (Very Important)!

 

 *This includes Employer Coverage, Medicare, Medicaid, VA or ACA

* If they DO have ACA insurance I may be able to switch their plan but cannot pay a referral fee

 

• EACH REFERRAL MUST UPLOAD A PHOTO OF THEIR STATE ISSUED ID 

• EACH REFERRAL MUST HAVE A VALID EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER (NO EXCEPTIONS)

*I cannot enroll them OR pay you without an ID, email, and phone number

• Their SSN, Address, Email & Phone number will be verified for accuracy

 

First Step

You direct people to https://www.onetrusthealthcare.com/ 

 

• They complete the Form and click Submit

• By completing the form, they have given consent for enrollment in Health Insurance

• I email the referral  confirming consent and ask for a State issued photo ID

• I email and / or text them and confirm their $0 Premium Insurance plan with them

 

What's Next for You?

 

• Fill out the form here so I can make sure you get paid

• Payment is through CashApp or Zelle

• Once you send your first referral, I will need your CashApp name or handle

• You can send up to 100 referrals each month (that's $1,500 in your pocket)

• Payment is quick - 24-48 Hours (in some cases the next day)
